HeidiSongs has a CD or DVD for almost everything you can think of... sight words, letters, sounds, numbers, math concepts, you name it. In my classroom, we have been singing and moving to the songs for numbers 11-19 for a few weeks and I'm starting to see a big improvement. Her catchy tunes really do hit the spot. Heidi also has a blog with LOTS of free resources. Her music and blog are truly invaluable.
As my holiday gift to one lucky winner, I'm giving away the following HeidiSongs prize package (click on each for a product overview):
- Jumpin' Numbers and Shakin' Shapes CD
- Musical Math CD
- Sing & Spell #1 the Sight Words CD
- Jumpin' Numbers Vol. 2 - 11 through 30 DVD
Pretty cool, huh? How do you enter to win?
Click here and leave me your name (first name is sufficient) and email address. That's it. No need to follow or 'like' me on facebook, although I always appreciate both. The contest is open to friends in the United States only (sorry my international friends, but this to keep my shipping costs down). You can enter up to once a day until Wednesday, December 29th. The winner will be announced Thursday, December 30th. Good luck to all!
This is my chance to say thank you and help someone else utilize a wonderful resource that has proven so helpful in my own classroom.

You read my mind! We just assessed our kids on numbers 1-20 before conferences and we have a lot of work to do on our teen numbers. Will definitely be checking these songs out!

I just discovered Heidi's website and CD's a month ago and instantly fell in love. Of course a lot of her items are on my wish list! Ahhh, if only teachers had bigger salaries to get the things they want for their classrooms.
I've been hearing a lot lately about Heidi songs. Would love to sample them!
I'd love to win this giveaway. I have heard alot about HeidiSongs.

I am a huge fan of Heidi! My kids beg to sing her songs everyday and really do learn the concepts while having a good time. Number 20 is their fav :)
I love, love, love heidisongs and have used some of them in my Pre-K classroom!! What an awesome giveaway!! :)
I know it's in your curriculum, and you have to teach it, but expecting kindergarten kids to understand teen numbers this early in the year is ridiculous. They can say them, and they might recognize them, but really understanding them is a fantasy. Someone needs to read some Piaget!
@jwg - you couldn't be more correct. It's actually the goal by the END of the school year, but we've got a long way to go.
I entered even though I'm International because I have family in the US who will send it to me overseas if I win! I am now off to check out the blog...
PS I would totally follow your FB, but I don't have an account and probably won't be getting one any time soon...
Nice i never heard of them before children love music and it is the best way they can grasp the material
LOVE Heidi's songs! It would be a great birthday present to win *hint, hint, wink, wink* :)
Would LOVE the opportunity to use the CDs in my classroom! And I do follow you on facebook! You are such a huge resource to my planning! Happy New Year everyone!
And I didn't leave my e-mail... Staceyknightspellicano@gmail.com
I have HeidiSongs for the letters and use them almost every day. Parents tell me about the children singing songs at home from the DVD.
I should invest in the numbers too...if I don't win. Grin
Yes, I follow you on fb too.
I thought I entered a week ago. :( I don't see my name now. I REALLY want to win. All my Heidi CD's got ruined in a flood! I MISS THEM everyday!
